Biography: I am currently a sophomore at OSU double majoring in marine biology and anthropology with a focus in archeology. I like fish, so they often appear in my art.
Artist Statement: When I hear visions I think of reflecting on my past and seeing what my future might look like. This instantly made me think of a common tarot card spread called the 3-card spread. The first card pulled represents past, the second one represents present, and the third one represents future. The Six of Cups means childhood innocence, the Page of Swords means a desire to learn, and The Hermit is searching for purpose. I like including fish in my art, so I tried to pick a fish that I think best represents each card’s meaning.
