Biography: Hi my name is Alyssa! I am a fourth year botany major. I am passionate about conservation and protecting native environments. My goal through my art is to give appreciation towards the important and beautiful relationships between organisms within ecosystems.
Artist Statement: This piece is based on a dream I had of this single vision. I don’t usually have dreams that are this stationary, so I felt drawn to visually express it. I don’t know what this dream means to me, but there was a certain mental and spiritual grasp that made it stand out from other dreams I’ve had.
